This course is primarily aimed at the companies that supply and support the food industry. Food safety is critical not just for the manufacturer but for the whole food chain, packaging, transport, storage etc. HACCP was first developed for NASA but has long since been adopted with in industry. This course will develop your understanding as well as help you towards your next steps. This course can be delivered as an open course or public course as well as in-house as a 2 day course. As an in-house course it can also be delivered as a one day refesher or awareness course, or alternatively as part of a wider implementation programme.
