These are our terms and conditions
- please read them and please ask if
you have a query.
Open Courses:
Full payment for open courses must
be received prior to course
commencement - we reserve the
right to refuse entry if full payment
has not been received.
Any course may be cancelled if a
minimum number of delegates has
not been achieved. Cancellation
information will be sent out to the
contact email address that has been
registered with us.
In the unlikely even if of a course
cancellation a full refund or transfer
to another course will be
given at
your
choice.
Cancellation by a delegate within
7 days or non-attendance at a
course may result in full payment
being required.
We will endeavour to contact any
delegate at least 7 days prior to the
event if it is to be cancelled or
moved.
SpringBoard Safety Services
cannot be held responsible for
additional costs incurred by the
delegate or delegate’s company.
Payment terms (excluding open
courses):
At the conclusion of the agreed
programme of work or four week
period - which ever is sooner - an
invoice for the agreed amount will
be sent on a 30 day term basis.
Any query should be raised at the
receipt of the invoice.
All Courses:
Certificates may not be released
until full payment has been
received.
All discounts are given on the
understanding that the full
amount is paid PRIOR to the
start of course - unless agreed in
writing beforehand.
If the full payment is received
prior to the course we reserve
the right to revoke part or all of
the discount at our discretion.
Free Advice:
Free advice is given in good
faith, but must not be construed
as a contract and the user must
ensure that any advice given is
appropriate given the individual
circumstances that prevail.
SpringBoard Safety Services or
its directors and/ or employees
cannot be held responsible for
free advice given in good faith
which is implemented without
due regard for the particular
circumstances.
